By creating an account or accessing ClusterWise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by ClusterWise Inc. for the purpose of SEO keyword clustering and content planning.

2. Service Usage & AI Generation

• AI Output: Our Service uses artificial intelligence to group keywords. While we strive for accuracy ("Strict Clustering"), you acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally require manual review.
• Fair Use: You agree not to reverse engineer the API, scrape the dashboard, or use the Service for high-volume automated botting.

3. Credits & Billing

ClusterWise operates on a credit-based model:

• Free Plan: Includes 50 credits/month (resetting monthly).
• Pro Plan: Paid credits do not expire as long as the subscription is active.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of the keywords you upload and the content plans you generate. We claim no intellectual property rights over your SEO data. We use your data solely to provide the Service and do not sell it to third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". While we guarantee high availability, we do not warrant that the results will guarantee specific SEO rankings or traffic improvements.
